We aim to deliver your orders within a timeframe of 35 to 40 minutes. However, please understand that delivery times may occasionally exceed 40 minutes due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic or restaurant preparation times.
We prioritize delivering fresh and safe food. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and safety of your meals, rare discrepancies may occur. In such cases, Khabar Koi cannot be held responsible.
We are dedicated to delivering the exact dishes you have ordered. However, errors may occur, either on our part or due to restaurant mistakes. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
Once a customer confirms an order and food preparation has commenced, the customer cannot cancel the order. This is because our partner restaurants begin preparing your meal promptly to ensure timely delivery.
Please note that we may slightly adjust the price of a product to cover operational costs. Prices of products are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
During peak hours, such as rush hour, acceptable delivery times may increase due to high demand. We appreciate your patience during these periods as we work diligently to fulfill your orders promptly.
Khabar Koi is not responsible for any health issues that may arise after consuming food delivered through our service. We recommend that you exercise caution and consider your dietary restrictions and preferences when placing orders.
Our food delivery service operates within specific regions of Bangladesh. Please ensure that your delivery address falls within our service area before placing an order.
We expect all customers to treat our delivery personnel and partner restaurants with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
